Goodwill Karting may process personal data about you because you use the services of Goodwill Karting and/or because you provide this yourself when completing a membership card registration form at the kiosk or on paper. Goodwill Karting can process the following personal data:

- Your address details - Your national register number
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your IP address
2. Why does Goodwill Karting need this information?
Goodwill Karting processes your personal data to be able to contact you by telephone if you request it, and/or to be able to contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or by post) if we send you results of competitions / karting sessions. send to you.
In addition, Goodwill Karting may use your personal data in the context of the execution of an assignment agreement concluded with you, usually consisting of legal services.
3. How long will your data be kept?
Goodwill Karting does not store your personal data for longer than strictly necessary. Your data will be kept for the period of validity of your membership card. If the membership card has expired for more than 5 years, all data will be automatically deleted from our systems.

5. Mapping website visits

Goodwill Karting takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
